Daily Duties at Liberty Behavioral Management:
Provide leadership, vision and management to the IT Department as well as the Senior Managers in the company. Prepare and implement annual operating and capital budget for IT and Communication Services. Project Management of all software, hardware and telecommunication projects from design to execution. Manages department of 6 employees including matrix management of 3 addition staff based at facilities. Negotiates and manages more than 20 vendor service contracts. Establishes operating policies for the entire company regarding: privacy, security, and regulatory compliance with both State and Federal regulations.
