Daily Duties at Leisure Chateau Nursing & Rehabilitation:
Overall accountability for the Reccreation Department, ensuring continual compliance and meeting the leisure needs of each and every resident based on: abilities, skill levels, cognitive and physical abilities. In addition- I manage a very large department of 24 employees, which includes continual: training, hiring, mentoring, discipline process and termination.
