Daily Duties at Bentley Mills:
Supervise 6 IT operations people (AS/400 and PC groups), create and maintain operations procedures, implement system hardware/software on the AS/400 and network, create and maintain oncall schedule for after-hours support, setup and maintain computer equipment at remote office networks, PC building/high-end tech support, coordinate data wiring, network/AS400/Lotus Notes/remote communications administration, and handle remote communications. Also on occasion I have been asked to program in RPG/400 and COBOL/400.
