Daily Duties at L&M Blimpie, I Nc.:
Recruit suitable franchisees, sold franchises, help find the best locations, negotiated leases, worked with local Architects to design the layout to fit the leased space, worked with contractors to make sure the store was built out correctly, acquired and installed the equipment, negotiated with a regional supplier and set up products and deliveries, helped hire the staff and trained the franchisee and his staff to run the new store profitably. Ongoing coaching of the franchise operations, marketing for the area and quality inspections. Also owned and operated three Blimpie restaurants in Illinois from 10/1990 to 8/1998
