Daily Duties at Defense Information System Agency:
Managed a Joint Program Management Office (PMO) of five (5) government and (5) contractors and 15 matrix support personnel , responsible for the cost, schedule, performance and execution of a $25M Budget, including the requirement analysis, system design, certification, testing, integration, acquisition reporting, client interface with Joint Staff and Services, Planning Programming Budgeting Execution (PPBE) and budget obligation and execution. Served as Chairman for a 40 member User Requirements Working Group (URWG) consisting of Government, military and contractors.
