Daily Duties at Quality Foods, Incorporated :
Lead HR Team of one HR Assistant and one trainer to support the strategic business objectives and growth of a multi- state 200 associate Food Distribution Company to 800 associates operation . Reported to VP of Operations. Administered Federal and State law compliance, company policies compliance and coached managers on issues and resolution. Recruited managers, supervisors, delivery drivers and distribution center associates. Developed and was responsible for Health, Safety and compliance. Developed training plans and conducted training at all levels. Administered Company grievance program performed investigations and determined resolutions Managed workers compensation insurance, claims, and issues. Managed Company's AAP.
