Daily Duties at Ford Motor Company C 170 Launch Team :
• Responsible for supporting and leading the quality of the launch team Members in several cross functional sub teams while assisting members (e.g.: Exterior / Interior trim; Power Train; Electrical (Harnesses etc.), Exterior Ornamentation & Drive Team etc.) in determining the root causes and help assist the teams by identify & tracking quality issues, concerns through Aims data systems and reviewing all warranty return data for advance development for this project for robustness etc.. • Prioritize issues based on quality indicators by monitoring data with 8 D’s, Nova- C, Fresh Eyes, Champaign Prevention building required matrix decks: quality targets, forecast, road maps plus random drive evaluations etc. for exterior & interior errors which lead to Nova-C projected appearance &/or squeak & rattle (issues) calls. • Direct suppliers to correct there quality concerns and help supervisor prepare presentations for management to assure proposed fixed and design changes and/or modifications are verified and determine the level of robustness. Analyze concerns lessons learned from previous builds to project potential Nova calls etc. Maintain and updates all matrix Manuals for each development phase. Informing high levels of management from launch, planet & supplier base. Over see cost reduction prior to job 1. Financial Specialist for long-term accounting assignments
