Provide assistance (voice) to assign plants to problem solving of specific quality concerns in responding to suppliers that affect those Ford plants. • Over see 5 plants and their suppliers over 148 million dollars worth of business. • Provide directives to resolve major issues if by chance the issue cannot be resolved at the plant level... • Track the delivers of all suppliers providing product and material to all 5 plants. • Rear to front quality audits for Ford Q1 supplier approval, structure smart teams for plant reviews.
