After completing my STA assignment I was asked to represent Elco Textron to resolve two major issues that they were currently dealing with Ford Motor Company as a tier one supply. Financial Specialist for long-term accounting assignments • Problem solving issue of which a supplier above was threatens to be re-sourced. • Over see the root cause process to resolve this major Researched and resolved account discrepancies and invoice questions • Guide the team players from Ford and the supplier to achieve the two goals , one the correct the problem at no cost to either party and re-establish the business relationship while re-reimburse the subject supplier over 1 million dollars Quality Reject fees. And achieve Q1 status for their sister plant.
