Daily Duties at Vehma International Of America :

• My responsibility was to see all quality related issues that were channeled through the Ford VO pilot plant field representatives as well the directly through our suppliers resources for the following components: front & rear floors, aprons ,desk broad and body sides. Directly involved with buy-off processes, body in whites, assembly process reviews, packaging reviews, modifications. • In charge of reviewing all the CMM data, tear down reports and overseeing all the component scans prior to reviewing our finding to customer. Assisted in developing quality safeguards/systems & assembly process flows tagging and structure Op sheets with check and balance system that I created to assure All the problem solving and root cause studies for assembly related issues, once root causes were determine developed a action plan with the internal team which in turn provided directives to the suppliers and the team representing Vehma International of America. • Daimler Chrysler’s 719 & 739 Front and Rear Rail program: Assisted in developing quality safeguards/systems & assembly process flows tagging and structure Op sheets with check and balance system that I created to assure welding sequences (in and out of fixture) would be follow for all phases of the building process. Review all the tear down data reports to assure weld requirements met and exceeded
