Daily Duties at Madza Corporation/ Auto Alliance :

• Trial for tools, gauges and review approval before transporting on location to complete the PPAP approval in Michigan and Canada. • GD&T and Gauge R&R • PPAP all seven (7) require seat covers for the Mazda 6 program to ensure launching process will be successful. • Effectively monitoring the customer PPM rating system, in a high-volume manufacturing, preferably a Tier 1, Tier II Automotive environment Results: Successfully completed PPAP approval for (7) seven parts in a 12 weeks period instead of the standard 24 weeks. Time management and consistently reviewing calendar for changes; preparing and auditing expense reports; prepared routine and confidential correspondence, reports and documents.
