Recruited managers , supervisors, and repair technicians. Introduced safety programs administered OSHA compliance, Administered Company training, development process, coaching, Oversaw payroll and benefit administration, communications, Administrated Company's training process Administered grievance resolution, Performed investigations and made certain of compliance to Company policies, Coached District staff of Federal and State laws and monitored decisions for compliance, apply company policies, Managed District's AAP
