Managed design, product development,production and sourncing teams. Developed and management overseas Italian production office. Structured target prices, negotiated and finalized costs.Supervised staff travel budgets, European shopping, trend and fabric show schedules. Approved all fabric and trim buys and finalized POs. Targeted customer profiles and planned branding strategies including packaging and labeling. Managed product design, development and production calendars ensuring timely delivery from inception to distribution of all product categories.
