Daily Duties at Hl Group:
-Hired to oversee the firm's fine jewelry division, and provide strategic council to an array of jewelry and fashion brands within the luxury sector. -Secure brand editorial features and news items by developing compelling story angles, and leveraging senior-level media relationships. -Manage 4 person staff of account coordinators and manager and senior manager, overseeing all client relations, daily product placement and media tracking -Manage targeted press events to support seasonal launches, collections, and other brand introductions. -Secure top-tier media opportunities, including speaking engagements, sponsorship opportunities, award submissions on behalf of clients. - Conceptualize and execute multi-platform marketing/communication strategies and conduct press outreach to appropriately position a range of lifestyle and consumer brands in the marketplace - Manage targeted press events to support seasonal launches, collections, and other brand introductions. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Oversee HL Group’s fine jewelry division, strong expertise within the fine jewelry and luxury category. Serve as day-to-day contact for clients including Sotheby’s Diamonds, Cindy Chao, Faberge, Miriam Haskell, Piazza Sempione, REZA, and Frey Wille. Execute client communication inclusive of pitching feature stories, competitive market research, collection previews, and build editorial relationships on behalf of HL Group’s jewelry brands. Consistently secure prominent editorial feature coverage for clients in leading luxury fashion and lifestyle publications including Robb Report, WSJ., Vogue, Forbes, Departures, Financial Times, Town & Country. Initiate and execute all press-related efforts for large-scale client events and initiatives, such as Faberge US launch, Cindy Chao Beijing Exhibition with Sarah Jessica Parker; Miriam Haskell/CFDA Costume Jewelry Panel Discussion, Miriam Haskell for Marchesa design collaboration and Piazza Sempione 30th Anniversary Milan Presentation. Develop strategic client media plans to increase awareness, and elevate the brands on a global scale within the luxury space.
