My accomplishments include crafting, implementing, and auditing standardized operational policies and procedures. I carried major roles in project management for national initiatives. I strategized for planning, development, documenting, and implementation of product, service and support to maximize sales growth and end-user satisfaction. To succeed, collaboration with cross-functional teams was key, including Technology, Finance, Consumer Support Call Center, Marketing, and Field Support.
