Daily Duties at Amgen Manufacturing Limited:
- Currently leading 5 principal / senior engineers within the Amgen Worldwide Global Engineering Network for the inspection, labeling and packaging processes. Subject Matter Expert providing technical expertise and engineering solution to complex inspection, labeling and packaging applications and technologies, assuring best technical practices are shared within the network and support the development of global guidance documents. - Fill and Finish Process Development, Principal Engineer in the vials and syringes packaging and inspection processes, leading a group of 5 senior engineers - Managed capital projects as a Project Manager & Project Engineer in the Engineering Technical Authority, Technical Services and Process Development area. Responsible to supply and coordinates all stages in the new technology introduction area including equipment selection through engineering evaluation of critical success indicators, business strategies, industry benchmark, discovery runs, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Technical Reports (Process Characterization), Critical to Function Parameters identification (DOE’s), Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ), Process Qualification (PQ) and Response Flow Check List (RFC’s) implementation activities. - Engineer responsible to propose and defend engineering process development and improvement projects to the AMGEN Change Control Board for Regulatory, Quality and Validation implementation approval.
