Daily Duties at Young Entertainment:
My responsiblities was to manage the day to day growth of the artists on the label by creating options on how to sell the artist to the world community in different and creative ways. I was able to lead a group of ten people in a common goal to grow a brand and develop careers for the artist on the label. Also maintain and develop relationships with major labels, tour groups and companies on which we could cross brand.
