Daily Duties at Verizion/Gte:
Follow up with supervisors and engineers on all new business as well as maintaining our maintenance of telecommunication systems for our customers. Provide appraisals for each of the management staff and monitor progress of technicians, analysts, engineers, etc. to ensure we were providing quality control for the many locations throughout the Midwest Region.
