Daily Duties at Randstad Usa At The General Motors Warranty Parts Center:

Manage 30 plus contract workers at three sites. This involves recruitment, hiring, training, conseling, terminations and promotions. I also process payroll, have developed employee engagement tools, perform all compliance processes, develop work instructions and position descriptions. Additionally, I also manage all logistics processes including shipping & receiving, inventory management, transportation scheduling, labor forecasting, production scheduling and management of special programs for recalls.
