Daily Duties at Trico Technologies:

Multi-plant responsibility for all manufacturing operations in North America with plants located in Texas, New York and Mexico employing 3600. Full P&L responsibility for $100 million annual budget and $600 million in sales. Direct reports include five directors, and various managers in charge of functional areas that include manufacturing production planning and control, capacity planning, materials management, inventory control, purchasing, and quality.
