Daily Duties at Wabash Technologoies:

Total responsibility for high volume, highly automated 100,000 sq. ft manufacturing operation of 17 customer product lines to include Ford, General Motors, Siemens, Allied Signal, Honda and others. Full P&L responsibility for $30M annual budget and $40 Million in sales. Manage 600+ employees to include seven Managers, two Directors in various functional areas including manufacturing, quality, finance, materials, human resources, purchasing, inventory control and warehousing, customs, and freight. Plant produces over 1.5 million finished units per month. Personally involved with activities for global resource planning for cost down opportunities and implementation of best-in-class and Lean Manufacturing practices. Frequently met with major customers to present cost down initiatives, quality performances and continuous improvement activities.
