Daily Duties at Hudson County Superior Court :
I have excelled at performing successfully different task. This position has given me the opportunity to use my analytical, organizational and communication skills to delegate responsibilities to the staff, setting priorities and ensuring the effectiveness of case flow, making sure procedures, deadlines and inquiries from judges, attorneys and public are conducted and solved in the most effective and properly matter, designed and implemented an organized filing system, created different forms to communicate with Court Officers, monthly calendars, helped in the operational transitions, participated in the JEFIS training committee for new Law clerks, successfully completed landlord and tenant mediations where I worked close with the public and trained and supervised new C-WEB workers.
