Partnered with business leaders at regional and global levels and provided guidance regarding employee relations, performance and talent review, succession planning, development, workforce optimization, employee discipline, termination, etc. Built relationships with key stakeholders in the business and in centers of excellence. Guided new team members in learning procedures and providing quality deliverables. Responsible for 3 business groups including Cardiovascular/Metabolic, Global Sales Operations and Integrated Processes & Technologies.
