Daily Duties at Stte Of South Carolina Department Of Mental Health:
PERFORMED FULL RANGE OF MENTAL HEALTH DUTIES such as Case management, medication management, client stabilization, group management, through assertive case management services for clients in state government environment. Developed and implemented treatment plans, identified and managed chronic symptoms, crisis resolution, managed Good Clinical Practices in all interventions. Conducted initial assessments and documented progress according to policy throughout treatment process. ASSESSED AND EVALUATED PATIENTS and established goals and objectives in relation to psychiatric diagnosis. Developed comprehensive diagnostic assessments and provided a broad range of services to patients and families. Completed a risk assessment of all cases and followed up with crisis prevention, if necessary. Crisis prevention with patients that have severe mental health issues is continual evaluation for mood labiality, changes in behaviors and patterns, evaluation of need for change in level of care from partial to possible in-patient care, or a step-down unit for short term care.
