Analyzed data such as interview notes, test results, and reference manuals to identify symptoms and to diagnose the nature of client problems. +++ Demonstrated high degree of professionalism, advanced organizational abilities, communication and diplomacy skills while attending to individual cases and diagnoses. ASSESSED THERAPEUTIC NEEDS: Possessed professional knowledge of practices and procedures required to assess mental health needs of assigned patients. Keen ability to deal with challenging behavior and create positive environments for constructive care. Closely observed patients for adverse conditions and reactions.
