Daily Duties at Assisted Living Association:
Weekly visits to Sylvan Crossing Assisted Living Homes. Visits performed to monitor Resident's health and to ensure all workers were following established guidelines. Additional items performed at these weekly visits included teaching any classes needed by staff such as Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, Nephrostomy Tube Management, Condom Catheter placement, Suppositories placement, etc. Homes visited included : 2 homes in Madison, one in Jefferson, one in Beaver Dam, one in Cudahy (Milwaukee), and one in Waunakee. Each home was visited by the Corporate RN once weekly per my self made protocols to ensure resident's health and to ensure all staff was working efficiently and following guidelines specified.
