Daily Duties at Apollo Group :

Selected to join the PMO organization voicing to drive the cross-functional core team to solve problems and make decisions. Responsible for driving multiple release projects, facilitating release planning and retrospectives. Ownership of internal reporting on program status. Solely responsible for communicating date commitments, risk assessment and mitigation's. Educated/Enforced agreed upon processes and methodology rules. Owned overall Health status of program in project dashboard. Scrum Master for the LMS “Learning Management Software” projects. Planned the two week Sprints, served as the facilitator for both the Product Owner and team, did everything in my power to remove impediments from preventing the team from accomplishing Sprint goals. Utilized “Version One” to prioritized the Sprint backlog, release plan maintenance and prepared the burn down charts. Ensured crystal clear communications among everyone involved in the project as well; managed the development process.
