Promote high quality performance throughout the organization; Assess product specifications of the third party company and ensure customer requirements are met; Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures for pending and completed client credit checks and supply orders; Establish standards of service for clients; Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports; Work with others in a positive and collaborative manner; Investigate customer and salespersons complaints; write and implement quality assurance procedures by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establish limits and monitor procedures; Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; Collaborate with members of management to manufacture new training methods
