Daily Duties at Albertsons:
As a Manager Trainee you had the responsibilty of learning operations side each department in the grocery store. The online Learning Cart Program enabled you to learn the the PL side of the Department as you worked hands on with the manager and employees of the department. Depending on the department size, the average stay in each varied from 1 to 2 qtrs. The Manager trainee program prepared you for Grocery Manager and then to Store Director.
