Daily Duties at Spirent:

Specialized Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical support for systems testing of systems and services in customer networks including OEM systems certification and network systems proof of concept statement of work development and delivery. Analyze requirements, write test plans, construct test beds, and execute tests cases and test scripts. Document and report test results. Conduct periodic course correction status meetings with vendors and clients on project progress and status. Network traffic generation and QoS analysis in the areas of Voice, Video and Data Triple Play Systems including IPTV in lab for proof of concept and pre-deployment. Provide testing quality measurement documentation in the form of textual and graphical and data formats that include results over time in tables and graphs for many important metrics. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support to sales personnel and customers on Spirent Communications service assurance VoIP, VPN and LAN / DSL products and services. Service assurance network design consulting, hardware and software selection and placement, network layer addressing, project planning and management. Technical responses to proposals and requests for information.
