• Maintained all active client cases in Bankruptcy Chapter 7 and 13 filings (an average of about 65 active files in the different bankruptcy stages). • Gathered relevant documents and prepared high quality petitions for attorney review. • Prepared reaffirmation agreements and drafted motions and orders. • E-filed in state and federal courts and researched using ECF/ PACER system. • Communicated case status and important information to clients before, during, and after the case. • Developed data/statistics and prepared weekly case-status reports. • Posted all legal fees, processed client bills, filed claims with legal insurances and prepared billing reports weekly. • Managed the attorney calendar and hearing schedule. • Maintained incoming and outgoing correspondence, drafted client letters, and communicated with clients. • Created and maintained physical and electronic legal files, including scanning and faxing legal documents.
