• Territory Manager of Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee that consist of a premium volume around $17,000,000 • Develop and manage projects that contribute to agency growth and development by creating sales strategies to increase production and premium volume. • Develop professional relationships and rapport with agency owners and understand their long term goals and customer needs. • Responsible for addressing individual agency issues to reach projected profit and production goals. • Easily able to understand and communicate insurance policy changes and market new company products. • Monitor territory performance by reviewing loss ratios, premium budgets, new business production, and customer analysis reports. • Train new agency employees and responsible for explaining new implemented internet solutions whenever the company site is updated. • Able to make swift, logical, and intelligent decisions in a fast past environment. • Coordinate efforts with marketing personal to develop strategies for producing growth and retention. • Strong ability to be a team player in an organization and assisted with the training and development of internal employees. • Experienced with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point. .
