Daily Duties at La Fitness:
Supervised 30 employees; hired and trained all staff; developed and directed department changes from previous Bally Total Fitness ownership to LA Fitness standards; conducted weekly quality assurance investigations; received all member complaints, followed up and resolved all complaints and issues; documented facility work orders and assign vendors; planned, developed, evaluated, improved and communicated methods and techniques for training and educating staff
