Active hands on direction to professional services team (11) deploying operating and training customer on complex video monitoring hardware and software solutions. Increased effectiveness on the delivery team 90%. Facilitate execution of sales trials and pre-sales customer solution assessments. Technical training programs including online prerequisite training program and hands on labs. This program was responsible for 30% rise in sales for active customers using this our solution and a 50% rise in closed sales. Expert resources provided to other internal teams for various automation projects and to provide onsite support as required. Complex and high paced environment requiring highly motivated team. A high level of look-ahead planning required.
