Daily Duties at Extreme Pita:

• Provide necessary supervision to all aspects of operations for restaurants • Establish district sales objectives as well as individual sales objectives; set targets and goals for each store • Report all weekly and monthly P&L statements to corporate headquarters • Translate goals into short and long-term actions plans consistent with company action objectives to maximize and sustain profitable top line sales growth • Take necessary actions for opening new stores with the due procedure for hiring and recruiting supportive associates along with required training • Motivate and support the store management teams to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives • Provide important researches for business operations such as pricing, title selections, sales guidelines, and marketing strategies
