Direct oversight and responsibility for leading all aspects of sales and business operations with full P&L accountability for 34 nationwide office locations with 150 employees. Lead all phases of project development and implementation to develop operational policies and procedures that drive increased growth and profits while developing teams of top-performing employees. Maintain total responsibility for staff recruiting, development, evaluation, discipline, and termination functions. Promoted to National Sales Manager upon Compremex’s split from Coinstar in 2008.
