Recruited to lead and support all employment areas for a 307+ member facility, with focus on employee relations, compliance, retention and succession planning. Generate communications plans and teambuilding solutions to combat high turnover rates. Develop plans to help organization meet goals and adhere to all legal concerns. Develop current employees for current and future level positions.
