Daily Duties at Heery International, Inc.:
> Responsible for assisting Senior Level Recruiter with job postings, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, composing in written form new positions, selecting qualified candidates for potential employment, and performing professional reference checks. > Responsible for assisting Human Resources Director and Assistant Director with employment verification checks, new hire orientations, tracking job performance reviews, tracking and relaying drug testing results, tracking job referral bonus incentives, submitting requests for new regional position approvals, reporting job statistics to the U.S. Department of Labor, and abiding by Affirmative Action guidelines. > Assisted the Safety Director with new safety hire orientations, coordinating volunteers to monitor safety patrol, tracking accident reports, obtaining orders for safety equipment, maintaining a filing system for existing project site information, and assisting with administrative safety tasks. > Assisted Benefits Specialist with sending annual benefits packages to regional locations, adding new employees into HR system, assigning and ensuring telephone and email address access for new hires. Responsible for assisting the needs and requests of administrators and managers via email, telephone and in person from all regional office sites throughout the United States.
