Subject matter expert for the Global Benefits Center of Excellence with a key focus on partnership, program support, and administering improvement opportunities for the global benefits programs, processes, policies and tools specifically for European Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific theaters. > Assisted with driving change management efforts with the Global and US Benefits Teams by identifying trends, high priority issues, implementing program change controls, and executing corrective action. > Tier II second level point-of-contact for HR escalations when Tier I was unable to address or resolve escalations for the US and Canada theater. > Managed all case escalations in the Global Benefits Siebel activity queue as a part of the HR Connection case management process. > Supported Global HR Connection voice teams with their case management escalation and exceptions process.
