Daily Duties at Source Gas Llc:
• Responsible for identification and management of all corporate records in various formats and governance for Company and affiliates, including successful coordination of transfer of all records from Kinder Morgan to SourceGas, records stored at Iron Mountain; 25 field offices, utilizing Microsoft XP – Word 2007- Offsite and SharePoint 2010 ECM Solutions, identified content types relating to Records Retention and work flows. • Successfully coordinated initial records retention review and training for Company and affiliates, including 25 field offices. • Supervised special records projects between SourceGas and Kinder Morgan,Inc. • Responsible for managing annual records retention reviews of all corporate records. • Assisted with active collection and maintenance of record holds with Legal and Enterprise Solutions. • Managed electronic storage of all records/boxes in Offsite; records storage at Cornerstone and All Around Storage.
