Dean Foods Project Network Engineer III – Network Remote Services Team – VoIP and WAN Server Support Cisco Call Manger Administrator – Version 5.3 Cisco MeetingPlace – Version 6 Solarwinds ORION Network Monitoring Application Administrator Full range Microsoft Server/Application/Network Engineering Design and Support Level 3 Support for VoIP, Network Infrastructure Hardware – HP & Dell Workstations and servers, Cisco Layer 2 and layer 3 Network Devices. 2610 Routers, 3500 Series Switches, 1240 Series Wi-Fi Access Points, 7900 Series Cisco VoIP Phones and Conference Stations Applications - MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Oracle Client Support Dean Foods is the Largest Dairy Company in the country. The network spans 39 States from Hawaii in the West to Maine in the Northeast. The Cisco Call Manager Infrastructure is deployed to 112 Sites with over 12,000 nodes. I was responsible for all User Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes. The system used Desk Phone Models 7960, 7962, 7965G, with the 7914 and 7916 12 and 24 Button Sidecars; Model 7937G Conference Phones; 7920 802.11 Wireless phones; ATA 180 Analog Telephone Adapters and Fax configurations. The position is also responsible for all infrastructure level Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes as well as providing Level 3 incident support and Project management and implementations for the Layer 1 Cable Plant and rack installations and maintenance for their datacenters, and customer location MDF’s and IDF’s. the mobile computing UCM Applications. This includes the installation, maintenance, and training for IP Communicator and Cisco Unified Video Advantage Software utilizing the Logitech and on board Video cameras. These applications are used for both point-to-point video conferencing calls utilizing the UCM system Directly and our Cisco Meeting Place implementation. Administers all user level functions of the full implementation of Cisco Meeting Place with full video conferencing and application sharing capabilities. The position is also responsible for the full Microsoft Server Infrastructure support of their file, application, Active Directory, and Naming Services. This included Server Builds, maintenance, and decommissioning. It also includes all User level File and application access setups, moves, adds, changes, and deletions. AT&T Project June 2008 to June 2009 Regional Information Systems Coordinator – Wireless Retail Division Full range Server/desktop/network Engineering Design and Support Level 3 Support for Server, Desktop, and Network Connectivity of Retail Locations Hardware – HP & Dell Workstations and servers, running Windows Vista and Server 2003 Cisco Layer 2 and layer 3 Network Devices. 2610 Routers, 3500 Series Switches, 1240 Series Wi-Fi Access Points Applications - MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Oracle Client Support Contract engagement that provides the level 3 support for all of the IS infrastructure within the AT&T wireless retail outlets in the Texas market. Responsibilities include the Installation, Configuration, Repair, Moves, Adds, and Changes as well as providing Level 3 incident support and Project management and implementations on all of the Microsoft and Cisco appliances, operating systems, and applications. This position requires both strong technical skills and high level professional customer service abilities.
