Network, VoIP, and WAN Server Support  Cisco Catalyst Administrator – Version 12.3  Cisco 3000 VPN Concentrators  Microsoft Server 2003/2008 Installation and maintenance  Microsoft Active Directory Administration  Full range Server/Application/Network Engineering Design and Support  Cable Plant Design and Maintenance  Solarwinds ORION Network Monitoring Application Administrator  Level 3 Design and Support for the North American Network Infrastructure  Hardware – HP & Dell Workstations and servers, Microsoft  Cisco Layer 2 and layer 3 Network Devices. 2610 Routers, 3500 Series Switches, 1240 Series Wi-Fi Access Points, 6000 and 4500 Series Cat OS Switches, 1841 Series Routers  Applications - MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Oracle Client Support Lufthansa Systems Group is the IT services arm of Lufthansa Airlines. They provide managed services to third parties for various Airline industry and manufacturing applications and Infrastructure. The network spans 30+ States from California in the West to New York in the Northeast. There are two major datacenters, one in Europe and one in Dallas Texas. The network is a complete Cisco Infrastructure that provides service to over 300 airport and corporate Sites. Position responsibilities included all Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes as well as providing Level 3 incident support and Project management and implementations. This included doing all network level moves, adds, changes, and level 2 and 3 problem management for their Cisco and Microsoft based applications and appliances. The network utilizes Catalyst IOS Layer 3 platforms, 6500 and 4500 series, 3700 Series Stackable Gigabit Switching, Multiple Router Platforms, 3000 series VPN concentrators. Also responsible for the basic administration and maintenance of their Microsoft Server and Active Directory Infrastructure. The Microsoft Infrastructure is based on HP servers and workstations. I handled configuring all of the network and server hardware for each facility and then acted as technical lead for each of the sites installations. This includes the installation, maintenance, and training for the various sites Network Support Teams. This training involves generating and Maintaining accurate Visio and Microsoft Excel Configuration Templates for all of the various devices.
