Cisco Catalyst Administrator – Version 12.3 Cisco VPN Device maintenance Full range Server/Application/Network Engineering Design and Support Level 3 Design and Support for the Worldwide Network Infrastructure Hardware – Cisco, Citrix, and F5 Routers, Switches, and Load balancers Cisco Layer 2 and layer 3 Network Devices. 2610 Routers, 3500 Series Switches, 1240 Series Wi-Fi Access Points, 6000 and 4500 Series Cat OS Switches, 1841 Series Routers Applications - MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Oracle Client Support CitiGroup is the one of the largest banks in the world. They provide managed services to both their internal financial divisions as well as all of their third party financial services customers. These customers span their banking, credit, and financial consulting divisions. The network spans 103+ Countries around the world. There are multiple major datacenters in Europe, the America’s, Asia, and Australia. The network is a complete Cisco infrastructure that provides service to over 3000 customer and corporate Sites. Responsible for all Preventative maintenance Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes as well as providing Level 3 incident support and Network Upgrade and Maintenance Project management, implementations, and Change Controls. The network utilizes Catalyst IOS Layer 3 platforms, 6500 and 4500 series, 3700 Series Stackable Gigabit Switching, Multiple Router Platforms, 3000 series VPN concentrators.
