Daily Duties at Red River Systems:

 Cisco Catalyst Administrator – Version 12.3  Cisco VPN Device maintenance  Full range Server/Application/Network Engineering Design and Support  Level 3 Design and Support for the North American Network Infrastructure  Hardware – Cisco, Routers, Switches, and ASA’s  Cisco Layer 2 and layer 3 Network Devices. 2610 Routers, 3500 Series Switches, 1240 Series Wi-Fi Access Points, 6000 and 4500 Catalyst Series IOS Switches, 1841 Series Routers  Applications - MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Oracle Client Support Lennox International is a premier HVAC Equipment Manufacturer. They provide managed services to both their internal Manufacturing and sales divisions as well as all of their retail locations and Repair Locations in North America. These customers span their sales, manufacturing, repair, and Maintenance divisions. The network spans Central and North America with Locations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. There are multiple major datacenters in the US and Canada. The network is a complete Cisco infrastructure that provides service to over 300 customer and corporate Sites. My position is responsible for testing, coordinating, installing, and training the permanent IT support on the new WAN infrastructure and equipment. My team also provides Level 3 incident support in addition to the Network Upgrade and Maintenance Project. The project includes doing the testing, configuration, and implementation of the new Cisco and Sixnet Routing and Switching equipment. The network utilizes Catalyst IOS Layer 3 platforms, 6500 and 4500 series, 3700 Series Stackable Gigabit Switching, Multiple Router Platforms, 3000 series VPN concentrators.
