Daily Duties at Culligan Water:

 Provided keen oversight in managing the largest recurring revenue branch with more than $13M worth of annual revenue as well as direct control over route-based and service industry business with highest 32% EBITDA attainment out of all Culligan branches.  Utilize proficiency in overseeing multi-level staff including recruitment, hiring, supervision, consultation, and staff development of more than 100 individuals.  Serve as primary POC in representing Culligan in current and past Assembly Bills.  Conceptualize innovative ideas to maintain market lead; exemplify sharing/creating of best practices with other members of Culligan management and foster solid alliance with the entire staff.
