- Maintained Fundamentals for Russian Region (Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Baltics) - the product offers customers As-Reported and Normalized financials, key analytical ratios, industry-specific data points, and Business Line and Geographic Segmentation data; - Responsibilities included support of vendor analysts during processing financial statements data (provide guidance on correct interpretation of financial data and associated notes under US GAAP and IFRS, address technical issues, etc. via weekly conference calls or permanent chat rooms); preparation and maintaining training material as well as delivering training on interpretation of or changes in Russian/Ukrainian local GAAP or IFRS for Bloomberg's and vendor's employees; providing vendors’ employees with performance feedback and initiating actions to improve quality; - Proposed and implemented processes and products improvements - Proposed and implemented automated document acquisition for two markets that resulted in coverage increase from 60% to 100%, elimination of time delay (from hours/days to real time), elimination of human error, analysts were made available for other tasks; Continue as a point person for the process and served as a liaison in maintaining contractual relationship with third party document providers; - Maintained Earnings Estimates product specializing on Consumer Products and Pharmaceuticals - the product is comprised of estimates for popular metrics such as Revenue, EPS and Net Income, contributed by hundreds of brokers and research houses; - Supported Bloomberg Help Desk with product and system expertise in such areas as Bloomberg functions and use, data extraction, Bloomberg Fundamentals and Earning Estimates, general and market specific financial knowledge; - Managed project, participate in one-time projects, support management with ad hoc research and support R&D in innovation design and new products and improvements implementation.
