Daily Duties at Diversapack, Llc:
Department head for laboratory support staff for flexible packaging company; managing Quality Assurance activities for incoming and final production inspection; implementation of Sanitation and GMP programs; regulatory reporting for EHS to EPA and OSHA standards; handling customer complaints, and customer/production interface. Lab testing includes tensile strength testing, GC solvent retention and graphics. I am the ISO Management Representative responsible for conducting and/or coordinating scheduled ISO audits, maintaining ISO compliance, coordinating plant-wide training for various initiatives including launch of SAGE (ERP platform) and housekeeping. Currently, I manage and coach six LSS Green Belts in my capacity as the Continuous Improvement Officer for my division, reporting directly to the president of the Films Division. I routinely conduct internal and vendor audits.
