Daily Duties at Kmart:
Responsible for overall operational integrity of the store. Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively in order to maximize sales and profitability. Provide disciplined leadership including setting clear expectations and holding the team and self-accountable for results. Forecast scheduling needs and Manage inventory, Analyze and measure business trends. Enhance the customer experience by leading team of associates in providing strong levels of customer service. Develop and communicate store standards while Guiding the professional development of Assistant Managers. Observe and evaluate all associate's job performance. Responsible for recruitment, selection, training and supervision of staff to maximize sales and profit performance.
