Daily Duties at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation:

Currently work in Risk Sharing Asset Management (RSAM) as a Task Order Oversight Manager. Responsible for administering a portfolio of RSAM accounts totaling several hundred million dollars and primarily consisting of commercial and residential real estate loans. Duties include serving as a primary point of contact (relationship/portfolio manager) for the Acquiring Institutions (AI), monitoring AI and third party contractor compliance with the Shared Loss Agreement, monitoring contractor performance, regularly interacting with bank executives, overseeing annual Compliance Visitations and approving loan and mortgage charge offs. Have acquired exceptional skill in resolving distressed commercial and residential real estate loans and mortgages.
