Managed and cultivated client relationships; communicated with enterprise clientele to analyze and document business needs. Provided tier-three technical support for complex issues; actively maintained servers and server-based applications. Delivered hands-on training to internal personnel regarding appropriate maintenance and support of enterprise / client software.
