Managed and cultivated client relationships; communicated with enterprise clientele to analyze and document business needs. Installed, secured, and configured enterprise / client software on enterprise servers; maintained client product GUIs, product / application features, and software in accordance with client-specific standards. Provided tier-three technical support for complex issues; actively maintained servers and server-based applications. Delivered hands-on training to internal personnel regarding appropriate maintenance and support of enterprise / client software.
